He’s quite short compared to other male miqo’te. He has a scar across his right eye, a nick in his left ear from an old gunshot wound. A cross-shaped scar is on his left cheek. Purple markings are on both sides of his jawline - considerably a residual effect of going from female to male (that may also explain the light purple eye-shadow). On his right side, trailing from his right wrist, up along his shoulder and curving down his back and over his right hip are gold runes - his ‘contract’ with Xavier (though he doesn’t share that it’s a contract, merely ‘tattoos’). Holding many scars from previous battles, he has a large one across his torso, going from left shoulder to right hip with smaller lightning bolt shaped ones expanding from it. Also missing his lower right leg - he has an electrope-based prosthetic that was built to replace the magitek prostetic that had been done by his ex-wife. Additional scars include three large claw marks along his back as well as multiple other small scars from hunting tigers with Korekaze’s clan. His Archon tattoos and Seeing Eye tattoo have been hidden using his glamouring magicks, but once returning to Old Sharlayan, they've been present every since. Utai’s also rarely seen without his peach blossom earrings, pink cherry blossom corsage, and band of eternal passion. He also stands out by almost always wearing something dyed Lotus Pink. He always wears his gloves that hold a ruby, sapphire, and diamond in the chain along the back of his hand - it keeps his outrageous aether in check. His tail is quite long and fluffy - considerably the length of a snow leopard and the fluffiness of a persian. The tip and underside of the tail is white or a much lighter shade of ice blue.He has a tendency to use either his transformation magicks or Fantasia to change forms. He can be seen as either male or female Viera, male or female Miqo'te, and male or female Au Ra. Once using a Fantasia, most of the time accidentally, he can easily use his magicks to take the form once again.NOTE: As of Dawntrail, he wears a pair of Blue Rimless Glasses that allows him to somewhat 'see' better. Though he is still blind, depending on his relationship with the person or his want to better 'see' who he is speaking to, an image can be uploaded as data, and he can better visualize what the person looks like (this really only works in RP, not in game - otherwise it's just asthetics since I wear glasses IRL). He also wears a regulator that he has modded that hides his aether instead of the stones in his gloves, but again...regulators don't exist in game where we, as player characters, can wear them. False History

Note: I have long since used a fantasia to change Utai’s gender from female to male. I get that some folks don’t like the use of fantasia within RP as it ‘doesn’t exist’ in the realm (until 7.0); however, it was used in this story as a major turning point. Unless you knew Utai before the change, one would never know of Utai’s past - something he’d rather forget and move on from. If you interact with him, and unless he trusts you, you’ll never know he grew up as a woman. That being said his history is written as-is and will not be changed - it is merely there for information and not something he would openly discuss.

6.0 Note: This history is a lie. If he was asked about his past, this was the story he would share with someone he does not know. However, he is getting used to sharing his true history, which can be found in another link. This story does have truths in it however - that of which starts upon his first Eorzean lover.

When Utai was a child, just barely five, she had overheard her parents promising her to a neighboring tribe’s Nuhn. They had wanted her aetheric abilities to benefit the two tribes, but refusing to follow the norm, she had run away in the night. She had been deemed missing after weeks of both tribes searching for the Miqo’te child - unfortunately then presumed dead by her tribe. Having found her way outside of Thornmarch, Utai had been curled up in a tight ball, her clothes tattered due to her travels, her running, and having been away for a week from her tribe, she was hardly moving. A wandering moogle, returning to Thornmarch, had spotted the child, concerned for her health. Gathering the Moogle Guard, the moogles agreed to bring in the unconscious child and nurse her back to health, attempting to stay hidden from her. Though with her strong aether, she could see them even with their attempt at hiding. Whiskerwall, having noticed the child’s strong aether, suggested to the King that they teach her to use her aether properly. With a bit of coaxing, the King allowed it, knowing from listening to Utai’s story that she didn’t recall where she had come from, though her torn clothes suggested she had traveled quite far.At age ten, Utai had shown quite a bit of improvement in her aether manipulation, Pukla - having been her mentor - was quite impressed with her training, suggested that she travel to Limsa Lominsa, wanting her to start reading and looking into other ways to manipulate her aether - summoning carbuncles, healing, anything that she could find. Agreeing to traveling as long as she had one of the moogles join her, Utai made her way from the shroud to Limsa, certainly overwhelmed by the new, large city. Visiting the Drowing Wench, she was nearly laughed out of tavern when she had been asked where her parents were and where she was from. Who had ever heard of a Miqo’te raised by moogles? Who even lived in Thornmarch? Looking at her moogle companion, she was nearly in tears as no one but her had seen her companion. Asked again where she was from, through tears and a stubborn face, she claimed Limsa, even if she knew it was a lie. However, it worked, claimed as an orphan, and taken in by the Archanist guild, she was able to start studying her books, her moogle companion keeping a close eye on her.Upon reaching eighteen, Utai had grown into a stubborn girl, strongest in her classes, and skilled in black magic, white magic, and astrology. Returning to Thornmarch in secrecy, she was met eagerly by her family, Pukla as proud as could be to see that his star pupil had come so far. Knowing she excelled in the dark arts, he presented her with her own Black Mage soulstone, something quite rare and precious. She vowed to keep it close, knowing it’d keep her strong magic in check as in her studies she had learned that her aether could be quite dangerous. Of course, she had received other stones from her proper mentors, this one was special because it had come from her family member.When she hit twenty-four, she had met Hisoka, a tall Au Ra bard, in one of her travels. Of course, nearly setting him on fire a few times on accident, it was her terrible way of flirting with him, though instead figured they’d just manage to stay friends until a year later…and life was never the same again.At twenty-six, things had considerably fallen apart. From losing her Black Mage soulstone, having children, separating from her best friend, being kidnapped and considerably cursed, she had been picking up her pieces…however, things just never seemed to fall back into place. Later that year, she could feel herself dying, fighting a losing battle from what had happened to her. She gave herself over to her darkness, allowing Xavier to consume her soul and complete the contract that was originally intended to be completed when she was first captured. It resulted in her becoming blind; however, she is able to pick up aether signatures no problem - allowing her to ‘see’ her own way. Not soon after, Utai had made the decision to change, finding a way to procure a concoction to change herself. A few months later, she succeeded, became a male, and disappeared.Returning to Eorzea at twenty-seven, Utai had returned to Thornmarch to retrieve his children, learning that his former mate had taken one, leaving him with his two little girls. Upon a visit to Ul’dah, he did indeed end up running into his son who now holds his Black Mage soulstone and has confirmed that the former mate was indeed deceased.Having lost all considerable contact with his friends - he’s been able to find peace and considerably restart his life. Having opened up, he had met his now ex-wife, Temperance Brennan, had another set of kits and had opened up further to his current mate and husband, Korekaze Arulaq. Unfortunately, after a fall out, he separated from Temperance and the kits he had fathered - to watch them from a distance - and merely keep to himself and stayed with Korekaze. Utai tended to hide in Korekaze’s village having proven himself as well as having been figured out upon his new business of a Love Hotel in the basement of his trading company. He ended up carrying his mate’s offspring with a new batch. Of course, over time, they've had more children and have gotten married since.

New Beginnings and a troublesome disappearance

Within Stormblood's expansion, Utai had been a key player in helping during the Ala Mhigan war. Though he had been captured and tortured, he had lost his right leg and suffered heavily from PTSD. He has since recovered, having a magitek prosthetic on his right leg - it is usually hidden by his boot or a glamor prism to seem 'normal'...not that he minds the actual limb, not everyone seems to care for the technology. Recovering had led him to being honorably discharged from the Maelstrom after a PTSD panic attack during a routine call, thus he turned to the Sekiseigumi in Kugane - joining their forces as an outsider and keeping an eye on things from rooftops as well as on the ground.Once Shadowbringers dropped - he had already been pulled into the First by the Crystal Exarch. He had traveled the first with his husband - having previously discovered that his mate was indeed a Warrior of Light. Of course, that had been kept secret from him for the longest time until the loss of their third child and unfortunate coma of his husband. That caused his own gift of the Echo to awaken; however, he hasn't taken the title of Warrior of Light - he has instead taken the title Warrior of Darkness having been taken into the First first before his husband - he and Xavier had been grabbed and had spent a year alone before his mate had been brought in.Having saved the First with his mate and growing stronger himself thanks to Xavier's contract with him, he has thankfully been given the chance to stay looking the same compared to the startling look of voidsent progression on his left arm - a clawed hand and aether-burned skin. Though safe back in the Source, he is currently living happily with his husband and taking care of their daughter - Xiaoyu. Every other child had received a concoction (be it from unfortunate alchemic tests in Korekaze's tribe or a willing choice from Utai) to age quicker - all are of age and are adventurers in their own right.

Canon Relationships: Endwalker - Dawntrail

These relationships have either been listed in a previous section and needed updating or are brand new. Though the relationships are used previously, things do change as the game and headcanons grow, thus some needed an update, or there are just new relationships that come to be. From the player's standpoint - we've considerably stepped away from RPing with multiple people and mostly stick to ourselves, hence the addtion of more actual game NPCs or our own additional OCs.

💜 Xavier Roiyaru (Endwalker): Other half of his soul. He's the reason Utai is still alive. Since he is a voidsent, originally from the Thirteenth, he contracted with the Keeper and has since had a completed contract, making said Keeper immortal and blind. Keeper of the catte and acting babysitter to children and though he is a voidsent, he's quite tame and not as evil as he used to be. Plus, he's happily married to Korekaze's daughter, Ihna, and a happy and proud father of two.💛❤️🤎 Korekaze Arulaq (Endwalker): Husband/mate. His heart and soul if Utai had it his way. Of course, they have their ups and downs given Korekaze is a Dratun compared to Au Ra, he loves the man with all his heart. The pair has gone through many changes throughout their relationship, and since Endwalker, it's become a bit more open allowing Utai to pursue his polyamorus lifestyle...as well as allow the Dratun to enjoy a blossoming romance with G'raha Tia.💙❤️🤎 Kylvaar Drahn (Endwalker): Master and dance instructor. He was his gateway to potentially curving his drinking problem - dancing being less destructive. He was also allowed into Utai's 'circle' acting as master to both him and his husband - Korekaze. Though currently - the 'Master' side of Kylvaar has taken a back seat, Utai does trust him and takes what he says to heart given he has deeper ties to Korekaze to help him understand their kind as well as his husband's constant changes.💜❤️🧡 G'raha Tia (Endwalker): Fellow Archon and friend from when Utai was growing up. As of Endwalker, they've become more intimate once again, and he also holds an intimate relationship with Korekaze as well.💙 Tsasan Shirkheg (Endwalker): Originally the man that kidnapped him on a misunderstanding. Though he's not quite sure of the Dratun, he does do a great job of watching over his children given Xavier is now busy with his own children. Plus he is one of Kylvaar's husbands...thus Utai has little say on if he wants to actually know the man or not.💚 Tumet (Dawntrail): Yasunaga's guardian...but Utai knows there's more to that relationship. He doesn't quite know enough about the Au Ra as he's mute, but the man's aether speaks volumes when he's around Yasunaga.💚 Yasunaga (Dawntrail): One of Korekaze's younger cousins. A shy White Mage of the Motokawa clan, he was considerably forced by the family to join Korekaze and Utai on their adventure in Tural. He's still a learning White Mage...and has had a few startling discoveries on his growth as a mage - all of which Utai has assured him are normal.💙❤️ Koana (Dawntrail): Originally met when they were both studying in Sharlayan. Like Korekaze wanting to previously romance G'raha before his slumber in the tower, Koana held a certain admiration for the Keeper but kept silent. Of course, once the rite of succession was complete as well as Utai's return from beyond the barrier and Solution Nine, Koana had decided it had been the best time to speak his mind and take an opportunity to pursue the catte. Utai was more than welcome to allow a date...which led to drinking and a bit of intimacy...but their relationship is certainly one that is new and blossoming...whenever said Vow of Reason finds time with his busy schedule.

💜❤️🧡 G'raha Tia (A Realm Reborn): Fellow Archon and friend from when Utai was growing up. Though they had an intimate relationship when the Keeper was much younger, the current relationship is more of a family-like bond despite still being super territorial and protective of the Seeker. If left alone too long, they could end up in a puddle of purrs after headbunting...after a long day of reading.💀💛❤️ Hisoka Zoldyck (Heavensward): First husband/mate. First Au Ra he truly had trusted when he was female. Had been a great friend and lover, but even good things had to come to an end.❤️💜 Xavier Roiyaru (Heavensward): Other half of his soul. He's the reason Utai is still alive. Since he is a voidsent, he contracted with the Keeper and has since had a completed contract, making said Keeper immortal and blind. Keeper of the catte and acting babysitter to children and though he is a voidsent, he's quite tame and not as evil as he used to be.🤍❤️🧡 Handsomly gruff Nuhn (Heavensward): A Seeker Utai could considerably recall from the A Tribe, though he had mostly run into the catte as a female. He was certainly quite the breeder and nearly had Utai's first child - unfortunately it was lost due to being captured...a painful story starting the Keeper's downfall.🤍🖤 Distasteful Tavern Wench (Heavensward): An Elezen the once female Keeper had tried to befriend. Said Elezen didn't much care for female Miqo'te, but being stubborn, Utai had still tried. The woman had a thing for stealing the spotlight and making Utai's life a living hell - one wondered why he had even considered her a friend at one point. She's the main reason he doesn't care for Elezen...or at least...doesn't trust them.🤍🧡 Dashing Private Eye (Heavensward): A Hyur who had originally been Utai's first job as a female - considerably following after Manderville and his helper. Mysteries were quite fun to solve, and given he had experience with the Maelstrom, it seemed like a great way to pass the time. Unfortunately, he had fallen in love and married the Distasteful Tavern Wench...and eventually turned on the Keeper.🤍🧡❤️ Treasure Hunting Miqo'te (Heavensward): A Seeker who had a knack for hunting treasure with the Treasure Hunting Raen. Utai had a thing for him as well, a friendly fellow...one that urged Utai to change as his life was falling apart - one of the last few to know the Keeper as a female and more than happily welcomed him as a male.🤍🧡 Treasure Hunting Raen (Heavensward): Partnered with the Treasure Hunting Miqo'te, they were certainly a pair that knew Utai as a female. Much like the Miqo'te, they were more than happy to welcome Utai back as a male, she had also been the one watching over his first batch of kids while he was away aside from the moogles before Utai's return.💜❤️ Temperance Brennan (Stormblood): Ex-wife. Though they tend to be at odds now, he still trusts her with his life. She also did repairs on his magitek limb given she's quite the skilled blacksmith. NOTE: Though there is no interaction ICly anymore between these OC's, they do still co-parent and all children are well loved and taken care of.💛❤️🤎 Korekaze Arulaq (Stormblood): Husband/mate. His heart and soul if Utai had it his way. Of course, they have their ups and downs given Korekaze is a dragon compared to Au Ra, he loves the man with all his heart.💙❤️🤎 Kylvaar Drahn (Stormblood): Master and dance instructor. He was also allowed into Utai's 'circle' acting as master to both him and his husband - Korekaze.🖤 Natua (Stormblood): Originally known to the catte as Naranbaatar. Had been housed within his husband and had caused him hell and raped him with his mate's body. Though they haven't run into each other often, this man can certainly burn in hell.💚❤️🤎 Li'to Mizuhiki (Shadowringers): Drinking buddy who has somehow ended up a growing bed partner. Emotional support catte to the buncatte, and one he's letting 'in' as an additional bed partner.💚 Faust Fujimori (Shadowbringers): A very friendly tiger, though he doesn't know much about him, Utai does enjoy head bunting and just being around him as an 'emotional support catte'.

Alternate Universe Relationships

These relationships do not hold any significance to how Utai is played or portrayed through XIV. This is merely an insight to a set of RPs that my partner enjoyed, and given this version did exist briefly in the game, it only seemed right to let it stay and show just where our characters stood.

❤️💜 Xavier Roiyaru: Other half of his soul. He's the reason Utai is still alive. Since he is a voidsent, he contracted with the Keeper and has since had a completed contract, making said Keeper immortal and blind. Has no real control over the Keeper, but is more than content to act as the voice of reason despite being voidsent.💛❤️ Korekaze Arulaq: Mate and contractor. She had been the apple of his eye among all the hunters and huntresses in Kugane, a tough one to truly bed. Attracted to the fact she can best him and control him even before having had a contract with her. Said contract just keeps her safe from other voidsent and keeps him from losing completely to becoming voidsent.💚 Naranbaatar: Voidsent living within Korekaze. He's not...too sure about him, but he tolerates him. Xavier seems to be more of a 'friend' to him than anything; however, he would willingly try to devour the other voidsent given the chance. He can't and won't for fear of loss of his mate.🖤 Kylvaar Drahn: Odd aether Au Ra...dragon...heretic. Hates this guy and considerably lost to him in a fight - ended up dominated completely by a dragon. He can burn in hell...

Alternate Universe

Though he looks like the same ol' Keeper we know and love, he is quite different personality wise as well as a few differences in appearance. His left arm is aether burned and clawed - the burn going as far as his forearm, but fading before the elbow. He has ASPD (AntiSocial Personality Disorder), and despite knowing he is immortal, he will go out of his way to try and get himself killed - smoking and drinking has yet to accomplish this.He is a heavy alcoholic and a smoker - his cigarettes are mixed with gaelicatnip to ease his considerable volatile behavior, roughly going through five or more in one day. He is contracted with Xavier, though Utai took on being a voidsent with glee compared to his true canon counterpart. He is known to let his dark aether flare and summon demon wings as well as a forked tail if he is truly intent on destroying someone or something.Not that he's shown anyone his true voidsent form - one could easily say his form rivals that of Diabolos' true form from Dun Scaith.He has also contracted with his mate - Korekaze Arulaq - though his branding has been marred by his own claws thanks to his recklesness and being caught by a voidsent hunter. Xavier has a higher standing in his eyes with their mate since his brand was never marred or redone.In short - this version is an asshole.

True History

Born of Corvos, Utai had been quick to be moved to Old Sharlayan as a child with plenty of other Miqo'te from the area. Given the invasion, the last thing that needed to happen was to fall to the Garlean invaders. His father had been quick thinking being both mother and father given the young Miqo'te's mother had passed during childbirth. Though once safe in Old Sharlayan, his father, U'rhando, gave him up and handed him over to the care of those at the Studium. The Keeper had always had an affinity to aether and magicks, having an overabundance to himself. As a child, he suffered quite a few bouts of aether sickness even while practicing his healing magics as a Sage. Of course, it wouldn't be until he was much older when he'd learn of the other magics of white magic as a White Mage, as well as the black magic of a Black Mage. However he wouldn't learn those until he moved to Eorzea.Before his move, upon growing up and graduating from his studies, he had managed to become an Archon, as well as an asteemed member of the Sharlayan community. Befriending the twins' mother as well as becoming close to another Miqo'te, he had managed to at least keep himself grounded - though not enough given his first lover - G'raha Tia. It hadn't been a long courting of course, but enough to have considered it an actual relationship. Of course, Utai would still consider themselves close, though more in a family sense...even if the Keeper has been known to growl over his actual husband getting close - Utai being quite the territorial catte.Still being young and a novice Archon, with a needs to new members to the Forum, the community had had a resounding vote to have him be placed on it. Briefly, the Keeper held a seat, but being young and having to be in charge of the whole community...was not something he was entirely ready to do. Granted leave of the Forum, he instead was tasked to chronicle the Warrior of Light. Of course, never once knowing who the Warrior of Light was, he would garner the Scion's reports for a time between his magick studies, and continually reading and writing everything, the want to adventure himself grew...thus caused his move to Eorzea.Not known in Eorzea, he had decided to use his coin and his alchemy skills to concoct a Fantasia, having a recipe hidden in one of his tomes, he knew the ingredients alone were expensive. The Keeper would at least manage to change his gender...if anything...due to not completely getting the concoction correct - but thankfully, he was still a Miqo'te, and that's what he cared about. Limsa Lominsa had been his choice - always enjoying the summoning of carbuncles as well as fae to aid in healing or battling...the Archanist guild more than happy to take him in to teach him more. Over time, he'd use the knowledge in his adventures, his start of learning different abilities finally commenced. Of course, not the Warrior of Light, but he was at least finally able to consider himself an adventurer.Hiding his Archon tattoos and Seeing Eye tattoo with glamouring magicks, he had managed to not draw attention to himself, knowing his knowledge alone would be valuable. Living his life as a woman wasn't that difficult either, able to prove himself time and time again not only to the Maelstrom, but also those that decided to stand in his way while on his adventures. Of course, not making a name for himself like he had growing up, he eventually befriended a bard, Hisoka Zoldych. The Au Ra eventually becoming his husband and having children, one day, the Xaela disappeared, never to be heard from again. It wasn't until later he learned from one of the three sired from him and the man that the other had fallen in battle. Seeking comfort in others, he had been encouraged to use another Fantasia to be male, to change his life for the better given it had fallen apart - not only with his deceased husband, but those he had called friends had turned on him as well...more than likely from gaining a voidsent who was determined to break him and devour his soul...though said voidsent - Xavier - is now much more tame.

For the rest of the history that is true, check the False History tab where Hisoka Zoldych is first brought up - this is the correct, yet loosely based history that covers A Realm Reborn, Heavensward, and early Stormblood. Late history updates can also be found under the Stormblood and Shadowbringers which cover late 4.x patches and up to the beginning of Endwalker.

Of time lost and regained

Once the right of successon had completed, Utai and Korekaze were more than happy to join Erenville in Xak Tural, content to explore more given there was downtime to allow the new Dawnservants to settle into their new roles. Once in Shaaloani and dealing with the commotion in Hhusatahwi, the train to Yyasulani was ready to depart. With there not being enough space for their entire party of five, Utai had suggested he go with Namikka to scout ahead much to the chagrin of his husband, Tumet, and Yasunaga. Though insisting and even getting reassurance from Wuk Lamat's former handmaiden, he ultimately boarded the train and was off without the rest of the party. Little did he know the electrope barrier would crash down, cutting him off from the outside world once they had disembarked the train to let it return to Shaaloani.Trapped behind the barrier with no means of communication with his husband, let alone Xavier, his time within what was now known as Heritage Found was disorienting to say the least. Time flowed differently - thus he was forced to be alone for thirty years much like the others assimilated with Alexandria. Though found by Sphene in the beginning, he was welcomed much like the others of Yyasulani - offered citizenship and the means of survival. Of course, not too keen on the Alexandrian practices - such as their regulators and said means of survival - he had come across Oblivion...or they had found him when he had had a run in with Zoraal Ja within the first three years within the dome. Unable to do anything alone, that choice of running being the wisest for his survival, Utai was more than happy to learn about Oblivion's purpose as well as study more on just what Queen Sphene and the King of Resolve had planned. Though he'd have to protect himself, with Oblivion's help, a special regulator was made for him - his refusal to use souls a currency had been made clear even when he was offered it the first time from the Queen of Alexandria.Of course, being blind and in an unfamiliar place, the Keeper was having difficulty coming to terms that he was actually alone and having to learn a new way of life. Though trying to survive in the Outskirts, upon one of the visits from Queen Sphene, she had noticed the Keeper's struggling, and figuring he was that of the Hhestero, she offered him a place in Solution Nine once learning that he was impaired and working out in Yyupye's Halo clearly wasn't the best place for him. Taking her up on the offer, it would allow him easier access to Zoraal Ja, making him an even greater asset to Oblivion if there was any sort of movement on the plan to invade Tural.In the time he had with a better home in Solution Nine, his old habits had returned - he had spent enough time drinking himself into a stupor more times than he could count...his former coping mechanism bringing him some sort of peace ten years into his stay. Having needed help from learning how to work the technology as well as progressively losing hope over time of being found, Utai had learned again how to close himself off - hell, he couldn't even contact Xavier through their shared link, and without a linkpearl, it was clearly impossible to communicate beyond the barrier. Though with the passage of time, as fast as it had been, it was growing harder and harder to walk given his magitek prosthetic had fallen into disrepair...and as much as he hated his predicament and impairments, he needed help. As an unfortunate Alexandrian citizen, upon one of the Queen's visits to check on her subjects, she was more than willing to again help the Keeper, in exchange, he was willing to help care for the children that suffered from Levin Sickness given he was still that of a healer. With the agreement, he'd receive an electrope-based prosthetic and repairs as needed given the technology advancements within Solution Nine.Trading skills for goods, as well as curving his alcoholism again within the twentieth year of being within the dome, he was given a special pair of glasses allowing him to somewhat see again. Though using the aetheric form that he could see, a small database within his apartment held images of almost everyone within Solution Nine, easily transmitted via a small signal into the lenses to at least allow faces and colors to be seen again. Of course, it wasn't a perfect system, but given he hadn't had proper vision in well over twenty five years, he was not going to complain.As hope was dwindling even further as thirty years of life within Solution Nine was approaching, he had befriended a child that seemed to have held a facination with True Vue and the inner Oblivion headquarters...eventually learning that the abandoned child was Gulool Ja - Zoraal Ja's child. Though the father mattered little to him, given the boy was abandoned, he had promised to take care of him when he was around and if he needed the help - clearly getting help from other means as well...he wouldn't pry into the child's way of life. It did, however, remind him of the home he had been forced to leave behind, his children, his husband...had they forgotten about him? Had they disowned him for abandoning them? Had...had they passed on? It was an unknown possibility that hurt, and even though he'd slip into spirits and liqours again, he knew what little it did now...no matter how much he drank. Plus, he had more productive things to do...taking his thoughts away from truly drinking into a stupor like he had so long ago.Upon the infultration of Vanguard, Utai was unaware that the barrier had been breached - thirty years obviously passing before ultimately stabilizing given the destruction of the base. Though he had heard of Namikka's passing and the unfortunate erasure of her time in Heritage Found, he knew it was just another day...another person forgotten...the 'normalcy' of it all. Doing his daily routine of visiting Nexus Arcade - something he had picked up within the last three years of his stay, he had picked up his usual snack for himself and Gulool Ja, unawares of new visitors despite knowing Queen Sphene was on her way to make her usual rounds to check on her subjects. Though this time he'd avoid the need to see her, he'd move on to gather a bit of materia for his own collection before making his way to True Vue to wait for the child. Little did he know the boy would bring guests, and to his surprise and absolute shock...it would be Xavier and Korekaze - two people he never thought he'd see again. Unable to truly believe what he was seeing, he had noticed Korekaze had...oddly grown in size as well as devastatingly standoff-ish - the Dratun fearing Gulool Ja belonging to Utai knowing how the Keeper could change forms. Grabbing his hand to stop him from turning and leaving, he was reassured that the Dratun as well as the Voidsent was still alive and well as well as confirm that he hadn't been touched by the Mamool Ja. Though with Korekaze more disturbed and the others of the entourage that happened to now be in Solution Nine, Utai was in actual disbelief as they were all present, alive, and looked like they hadn't aged a day. Upon Krile's request that the pair should talk alone, Utai would eagerly take Korekaze back to his apartment. Though the pair spoke, it was definitely wrought with hardships...however, the Keeper learned that time hadn't passed like it had within the dome, his children hadn't disowned him. As strange as it was to hear, it was heartwarming and much needed as reassurance. Of course, calming down and having a bit of time for themselves, they were at least able to do a little bit of catching up for lost time before returning to what truly needed to be done - stopping Zoraal Ja from invading Tuliyollal again.

The rest of MSQ progressed as it should have within the game's means once we potentially spoke to Oblivion about killing Zoraal Ja. Now that MSQ is going into patch 7.1, we're working on Utai coping with having to return to Tuliyollal, tend to a new set of triplets, and try to return to his old normal - which...probably won't happen given he had thirty years to change. Plus, thirty years is hard to break.

Regulator specifics/differences:
➼ Inner color is pink compared to teal like the other Alexandrian regulators.
➼ Modified to hide his aether instead of use souls, thus doesn't act like a true Alexandrian regulator
➼ Used to hide his presence from Zoraal Ja once he was discovered in Heritage Found
➼ If removed/removed too quickly, he will suffer from a severe case of aether sickness given his aether has been so low for so many years - thus it can be turned up or down depending on how much aether he needs to perform his magicks
➼ Can be glamoured at any time - usually glamoured to a Pink Cherry Blossom Corsage outside of Solution Nine if he remembers to glamour it
